Keystrokes acquired Hudson Medical Systems in September 2010, changing the name to ChartNet Technologies, Inc. We have purchased their customer contracts, trademarks, technology and all exclusive rights to the ChartNet and ChartVox software and source code, including future development. We have added additional programmers and developers, as well as additional support and implementation team members to further develop this already robust transcription and dictation platform. We look forward to growing this new entity into the strongest healthcare technology company in the industry!
